SCOPE: The symposium aims at bringing together researchers from academia 
and industry in the area of computer networks so that they can exchange 
their experiences about theoretical and applied research work. 
The symposium to be held in Ankara will consist of single session 
presentations and will cover the following topics:

   - Wireless Networks
   - Flow, Routing, and Congestion Control
   - Network Protocols and Services
   - Network Management
   - Network Traffic Models
   - Network Performance
   - Network Simulation

 Important Dates

 15 February 2000: Paper submission deadline
 31 March    2000: Notification of acceptance
  1 May      2000: Camera ready copies due

 Paper Submission
 ----------------
 Submitted manuscripts should not exceed 10 single column, single spaced,
 12 pt pages on A4 paper with 1 inch margins on all sides. Manuscripts may
 be submitted either as a postscript file using e-mail with the subject
 line containing the title of the manuscript to bas2000@cs.bilkent.edu.tr,
 or as 4 paper copies to the following address.
