Dear Colleagues:

Due to many requests from many authors and several program committee
members, we decided to extend the deadline of submitting papers to the 2000
Symposium on Performance Evaluation of Computer and Telecommunication
Systems, SPECTS'2k, to February 29, 2000. This will be a firm deadline. We
are very glad that the professional community of computer and
telecommunication systems are very interested in this prestigious
conference.
