Conference on Communication Systems (ICCS) 2000
                                 20th to 24th November 2000

This biennial conference series, started in 1988, aims to draw world-renowned experts in the exciting field of
telecommunications to the communications hub of South-East Asia, Singapore, to share the latest ideas in
communication theory and applications. In the millennial edition of the series, we plan a conference of outstanding quality
through a rigorous and open review process handled by our team of experts on the Technical Program Committee.

Papers on all aspects of communications and especially on the following topics are solicited:

       Multiuser detection and information theory
       Synchronization and channel estimation
       Multicarrier modulation
       Cellular mobile communication
       Signal processing for communications
       Error control coding and modulation
Modelling and analysis of fading channels
       High-speed networks
       Queueing and scheduling
       Wireless networks and wireless ATM
       Multimedia and Internet communications
Quality of service, traffic modelling and control
       Antennas for mobile communications
       Linearization techniques
       Passive device technology
       Propagation/channel modelling and measurements
       Optical wireless networks

Prospective authors are requested to submit full papers for review. Electronic submissions are strongly encouraged,
instructions for which will be posted on our web page as soon as possible. Hard-copy submissions are also permitted,
and three copies of the manuscript should be sent to -
