Instructions:

 Papers for the Symposium should be written in English and be not longer
 than 20 pages. Electronic submissions in either PostScript or PDF are
 encouraged. Find the details on the Web. Otherwise, send 5 hard copies
 of full original paper to Prof. Y. Takahashi, Program Co-Chairperson.
 Workshop should be proposed to Prof. H. Takagi, Program Co-Chairperson.
