Theme

The purpose of this symposium is to bring together researchers, designers, and implementors of distributed
systems, particularly with system properties such as reliability, availability, and performability. In addition to
traditional submissions, we specially welcome papers that deal with experimental results, testbeds,
development, and measurements from operational systems. We encourage papers that describe industrial
projects, prototype systems, exploratory or emerging applications (embedded systems, applications in
large-scale wide-area networks, etc.).
