Final Manuscript Due December 1, 2000

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

Authors are invited to submit research contributions representing original,
previously unpublish work. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based
on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.
All papers will be refereed by at least two members of the program committee.
Awards are planned for the Best Paper and Best Student Paper. Selected papers
will be invited for submission to an international journal after the
conference.

Submit a full paper of about 16 pages (one column, double spaced),
including figures and references, using 10 or 11 font size, and number each
page. The first page of the paper should contain the following: paper title,
authors' names, affiliations, postal address, phone, fax, and e-mail address
of each author, and about 200-250 word abstract. Identify the contact author,
write the preferred subject areas and five keywords in order of relevance.

Prepare your paper in Postcript or PDF file (Adobe format), gzipped, and
send it electronically to our anonymous FTP site
. For multiple paper
submission, name your files as john1.ps, john2.ps, etc. Under any
circumstances, should you be unable to upload your file(s) to our FTP site,
send four hard copies to the PC Chair. After submitting your paper
electronically or in hard copies, send an e-mail to the PC Chair notifying
about your submission and include the information contents in the first page
of your paper (in ASCII format). All paper submissions will be acknowledged
upon successful receipt and print-out in our printer.
