THEME:
======

Wireless communications have made spectacular progress in recent years. In
particular, modern wireless networks support Internet applications such web
accessing and multimedia services. The merge of various wireless communication
systems and the Internet has become more critical so that users can enjoy all
kinds of services in the Internet while owning mobility. Many issues need to be
addressed for such combination. Host mobility adds a new dimension to many
research issues, such as network protocols, resource managements, WWW access,
security, multimedia transmission, etc. Different wireless network
architectures with various capacities, speeds, services, are being proposed.
For different applications, diverse traffic types should be supported.
Light-weight computing devices, such as PDAs and Bluetooth devices, with
Internet-surfing capabilities will be mixed with traditional browsing tools.
Security-related issues must be address when accessing critical data.

TOPICS:
=======
We would like to invite papers describing both theoretical and experimental
research as well as experience reports and position papers. Topics will
include, but not are limited to:
     o Mobile Ad Hoc Network
     o Mobile Environments and Applications
     o Security in Wireless Communication
     o Mobility-tolerant communication protocols
     o Wireless WWW and Internet
