                           SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
                                      
     Authors should submit original papers electronically using e-mail.
      These should preferably be in Adobe PDF format but PostScript is
   allowed (no color will be accepted).  Papers should be in English, no
                           more than 3,000 words.
                                      
    The e-mail must contain the affiliation, full contact information of
              the authors and the technical area of the paper.
                                      
   The submission should be addressed to the nearest PIMRC representative
                     named below by February 23, 2001.
