   Established in 1993, the Symposium on Communications and Vehicular
   Technology in the Benelux is an annual event organized by the IEEE
   Chapter on Communications and Vehicular Technology. It is our pleasure
   to invite you to participate in this one day event.
   
   
   The program of this symposium will consist of presentations by invited
   speakers (names to be announced) and both oral and poster
   presentations by international researchers. You are invited to submit
   papers according to the time schedule and deadlines listed below. The
   scope of  SCVT-2001 covers the following areas:

   To submit a paper and present your work at the symposium, please send
   a one-page summary to the symposium chair. Electronic submission in
   PDF-format by e-mail to g.janssen@its.tudelft.nl is preferred
   specifying "SCVT-2001" in the subject line.
   
   
   Best paper awards will be given for the best graduate student paper
   and the best Ph.D. student paper.
