CALL FOR PAPERS 

2001 London Communications Symposium. 10th-11th September 2001 
University College London 

This annual meeting provides a forum for the presentation and discussion 
of recent research in communications and related technologies. Papers 
are invited on any topic in and related to the broad area of 
communications. 

Technical Sessions are expected to include: 

Optical Systems, Networks and Devices 
Modulation and Coding 
Active and Intelligent Networks 
Network Management 
Data Protocols 
Broadband Access Systems and Technologies 
Information Theory and Network Modelling 
Microwave and Radar Systems 
Mobile Communications 
Software Engineering for Communications Networks 
Multimedia applications 

There will be a set of specifically selected plenary presentations from 
leading individuals in industry. Submitted papers will be subject to 
peer review and will be published both on the web and as a cited paper 
volume (ISBN 0-9528863-1-X). This Symposium has established a tradition 
of encouraging young researchers to present their work to a wider 
audience, as well as attracting the attendance of a number of respected 
industrialists.
