The International Conference on Information Networking (ICOIN) is to provide an international
forum for scientists, engineers, computer users, and students to exchange and share their
experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of communication networks and
distributed computing systems. Papers addressing the following topics of interest are solicited for
presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings.

Paper and Proposal Submission:
Papers must be equal to or less than six IEEE double-column formatted pages. All submitted
papers will be reviewed by the program committee. Submission of a paper implies that it has not
been published before. A few papers will be selected for awards: best-paper, best-presentation,
etc.
