industry and government to present their latest research findings in any
aspects of distributed and parallel computing. Topics of particular
interest
include, but are not limited to:

o Distributed agents and intelligent networks.
     o Internet and web computing.
     o Network protocols.
     o Distributed operating systems.
     o Distributed databases.
     o Distributed real-time systems.
     o Middleware and distributed platforms.
     o Heterogeneous and mobile computing.
     o Distributed multimedia systems.
     o Computer appliance.
     o Distributed algorithms.
     o Fault-tolerant systems.
     o Distributed systems security.
