ICFS 2002 is an International Conference sponsored by the Engineering
Sciences Society of the Institute of Electronics, Information and
Communication Engineers (IEICE) and the Korea Institute of
Communication and Sciences (KICS), technically sponsored by both the
Industrial Electronics Society and the Circuits & Systems Society of
IEEE. The objectives of the conference are to attract original papers
of high quality in the following areas of interest and thereby to
promote professional interactions for the advancement of science,
technology, and fellowship. The areas of interest of the conference
include, but are not limited to, fundamentals and interdisciplinary
research topics of:

Prospective authors are invited to submit five copies of a full
original paper, written in English, formatted as follows: The cover
page must include; title of paper, authors' names & affiliations,
contact author's name, mailing address with postal code, telephone
number, fax number, e-mail address and submission area (from the list
of relevant areas of interest). The second page: title of paper,
authors' names and affiliations, 100 words abstract. The third and
succeeding pages: manuscript. The length of the paper included in the
conference proceedings is recommended within 6 double-column printed
pages.
Five copies of your paper should be sent by airmail, or a PDF file by
e-mail, to TPC chair.
