This year, special focus will be on the challenging issues related to the requirements, metrics, measurement, management, and dissemination of Communication Quality & Reliability. You are invited to submit a paper related to the following topics: Broadband Audio Visual Services Hardware & Software QoS Internet Quality and Reliability Mobile Communication QoS Multimedia Networks MPLS Network Architectures Network Operation & Maintenance Network Security PSTN /IP-NW Interworking QoS Aspects for ad-hoc Networks QoS Policy QoS Management in Active Networks QoS Metrics and Measurement in IP Networks SLA QoS aspects of VoIP QoS and performance of VPN Web QoS and Security Standardization Aspects of QoS and Reliability Extended abstracts should describe original work, and be 2-3 single-spaced pages (1,000-1,500 words) in length. The cover page should clearly indicate the complete postal and electronic mailing addresses, as well as the phone and fax numbers of the contact author. Paper submissions must be made electronically via e-mail attachment, in either postscript, PDF, Word format. Hardcopy submissions will not be accepted.
