             THE 8TH ASIA PACIFIC CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATIONS


                 Information and Communication Technology 

                        for Bridging Digital Divide


                  17-20 September 2002, Bandung, Indonesia


   The Asia Pacific Conference on Communications 2002 (APCC 2002), will
   be held on September 17-20, 2002 in Bandung Indonesia. APCC 2002
   provides an open forum for communication and information technology
   researchers and engineers to discuss new and emerging systems,
   standard and services, and their applications in telecommunications
   and information systems.                     The conference will
   feature world-known plenary speakers, tutorial presentations and
   workshop.

   Submission Procedures

   Authors are invited to submit 1 copy of manuscript for review. It
   should be written in English, not exceeding 4 pages on A4 paper, in
   two-column format with 1-inch margin on all four sides, in Times or a
   similar font of 10 points. The manuscript should be submitted through
   online submission process at http://apcc2002.ee.itb.ac.id and sent to
