   The intention of the conference is to provide a forum for the exchange
   of ideas and findings
   in a wide range of areas related to network control and network
   engineering with a focus on

   Important deadlines:
   April 26, 2002 Papers due
   May 10, 2002 Tutorials, panel proposals due
   June 15, 2002 Authors notified of acceptance
   July 15, 2002 Final papers due
   Submission:
   Submissions should be original and 10-15 pages in length.
   Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts electronically as
   a Microsoft Word document,
   a PDF document,
   or in Postscript format.
   The proceedings of the conference will be published by Kluwer.
