The original submission containing affiliation and full contact information of the authors should be addressed to the respective chairs by 15 August, 2002 based on the following instructions:
Regular Technical Sessions Papers should be in English, with no more than 3,000 words, and submitted via online to: www.wcnc.org/2003.  If you have problems with on-line

Student Travel Grants
A limited number of stipends will be available to students who are
unable to obtain funding to attend the conference.

Students whose papers are accepted and who will present the paper
are encouraged to apply if such assistance is needed.
