Call for Papers
IEEE 2003 International Conference on Communications
11-15 May, 2003 Anchorage, AK, USA
General Information
ICC 2003 will be held in Anchorage, AK, USA from 11 May to 15 May
2003. The conference will consist of Tutorials, Workshops, Business
Application Sessions, and Technical Sessions.
The Technical Sessions are structured as part of a General Conference
and eight planned Symposia that will be held simultaneously (same
dates and location).
Attendees will have full access to all Symposia. All accepted papers
(after peer review by experts in the field) will be included in the
ICC2003 Conference Proceedings. The Technical Sessions will describe
significant research as well as innovative development and
applications. We solicit original papers describing state-of-the-art
research and development in all areas of communications. Proposals for
panels, tutorials, and workshops should be submitted to the respective
chairs.
Important Dates:
Complete Manuscripts Due: 15 August 2002 (Extended Deadline)
Acceptance Notification: 31 December 2002
Camera-Ready Manuscript Due: 25 January 2003

Student Travel Grants
Student authors may qualify for a Student Travel Grant to defray part
of the costs for the conference. The IEEE Communications Society will
award a limited number of Student Travel Grants to full-time graduate
students who are members of IEEE ComSoc, live outside of North America
and are selected to present a paper at this conference. To apply for a
grant, please complete a Student Travel Grant Form, which will be
included with the Author's Instructions after your paper has been
accepted.
