data communication networks. Authors are invited to submit full papers
concerned with both theory and practice. Areas of interest include, but are
not limited to:

· QoS and resource management.
· Traffic engineering and transport protocols.
· Routing and path control.
· Flow and congestion control.
· Media access and data link control.
· Network management.
· Wireless networking and ad hoc mobile networks.
· Multimedia networking.
· Storage networking and grid computing.
· All-optical networks.
· Network performance evaluation.
· Power-aware communication protocols
· Heterogeneous internetworking and large-scale networks.
· Active network architectures and protocols.
· Open network architectures and protocols.

CCW 2003 is a single-track, highly selective conference at which successful
