     Papers  are  solicited in all areas of wireless research as well as
     market  studies,  trials,  exploratory  developments and standards.
     Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

     An  extended  abstract  and  a  brief  author  biography  are to be
     submitted  by  February  28,  2003  to  the  Conference  Secretary.
     Notification  of  acceptance  will  be sent by April 1, 2003. Final
     papers  are  to  be  received  no  later  than  June  1, 2003. Only
     PRESENTED papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.
