Overview

The Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications (APCC) provides a forum for
greater regional interaction and dissemination of information on the latest
developments in the rapidly expanding field of communications.

The major objective of APCC is to provide an effective media for
researchers, research institutions and industries to share their ideas,
innovations and problem solving techniques related to fields of
communications. They will deliver presentations at APCC that represent the
leading edge of research, development and applications in all aspects of
communications.

APCC2003 will be held in Penang, Malaysia from 21-24 September 2003.

You are invited to submit papers for presentation at the conference. Papers
describing original works in all aspects of communications are invited.

Prospective authors are requested to submit their manuscripts electronically
via the APCC2003 web site. Their papers can be in extended abstract or full
paper and should follow 4 two-column pages with 9pt (3,500 words) in ISO A4
paper. Please do not miss the designation of the primary technical subject
area covered by the paper (as listed before).
