CALL FOR PAPERS AND TUTORIALS

GENERAL INFORMATION
GLOBECOM 2003 will be composed of six major Symposia, the traditional
GLOBECOM General Conference addressing a set of current com- munication
topics, and Tutorials and Workshops. You are invited to submit original
technical papers for presentation at GLOBECOM 2003 and publication in the
Conference Record. You are invited to submit proposals to conduct Tutorials

TUTORIALS AND WORKSHOPS

Proposals are invited for half- or full-day Tutorials and Workshops in hot
or emerging communication topics relevant to GLOBECOM2003. Proposals should
be sent electronically to the Technical Program Chairs.
