The Internet Technology series of the IEEE Communications Magazine is
calling for original tutorial and survey papers on Internet
Technology. Topics include (but not limited to):
* Ultra-High-Speed Routers and Switches
* Congestion Control
* Emerging Internet Protocols
* Adhoc and Sensor Networks
* Mobile/Wireless Internet or Mobile VoIP
* Mobility Management
* QoS Protocols and Mechanisms
* 3G IP and related Internet Standards
* Testbeds and applications
The IEEE Communications Magazine is read by tens of thousands of
Communications Society members. The magazine has also been ranked as
the number 1 telecommunications journal according to the ISI citation
database for year 2000 and as number three for year 2001. The papers
will be available on the Internet through Communications Magazine
Interactive, the WWW edition of the magazine. Details about IEEE

Sample publications published within the Internet Technology Series
can be found in the January 2001, July 2001, May 2002, and October
2002 issues of the IEEE Communications Magazine.

How to Submit Manuscripts
Article Style Information
* Articles should be tutorial in nature and should be written in a
style comprehensible to readers outside the specialty of the
article.
* Articles may be edited for clarity and grammatical accuracy, and
will be copyedited according to the magazine's style.
* Mathematical equations should not be used (in justified cases up
to three simple equations could be allowed, provided the consent
of the Guest Editor; more than three equations require permission
from the Editor-in-Chief).
* References should be included only to guide readers to more
information on the topic; the reference list should not include
every available source (a limit of ten references is recommended;
more than 15 references require permission from the
Editor-in-Chief). References to Web pages should not be used in a
printed version of the article except for very justified cases and
Web sites with a proven stability, e.g., such as IEEE
Communications Surveys (see also section related to Multimedia
Enhancement).
* Articles should not exceed 4500 words. Figures and tables should
be limited to a combined total of six.
* If the article exceeds these recommended limits, contact the Guest
Editor (or the Editor-in-Chief) handling the manuscript.
* Keywords should be included for indexing purposes
Submission
Electronic submission of manuscripts as either PDF (preferred) or
Postscript is required. Please send your submission to either of the
series editors:
