Authors are requested to submit their paper up to 15 pages, written in
English and formatted as indicated in the Net-Con'2003 website
(http://www.squ.edu.om/eng/ece/Net-Con'2003/index.html). Submission of
papers must be electronically as a Microsoft Word document, a PDF
document, or in Postscript format (e-mail) to Dr. Lazhar Khriji
(lazhar@squ.edu.om).
Kluwer will publish the proceedings of the conference
