The  objective  of  WPMC  '03  is  to  continue  and  accelerate  the  momentum  already  gained  for 
establishing  a  GLOBAL  FORUM  for  Wireless  Personal  Multimedia  Communications.  "New 
Generation  Mobile  Communications"  which  may  be  defined  as  "Convergence  of  Wireless 
Systems and Broadband Internet" will be the theme of this symposium to be held in Yokosuka, 
Kanagawa,  Japan.  This  conference  will  consist  of  Tutorials,  Panels,  and  Technical  Sessions.

Prospective authors are invited to submit an extended Abstract (up to
800 words) and/or Proposals for Tutorials.  Submissions of
Abstracts/Proposals should be made through the Symposium 
Website: http://www.ilcc.com/WPMC/. The authors of papers, once
accepted, will be asked to submit on the web their full paper
(camera-ready copy) to appear in the conference proceedings.
