   The Symposium is aimed at presenting and discussing the latest scientific
   and technical advances in communication systems and vehicular
   communication technology. You are invited to submit papers according to
   the deadline given below. Topics of interest include, but are not limited

   Important dates

.  August 8, 2003 Submission deadline for the extended abstract (3 pages    
   maximum).                                                                   
.  September 12, 2003 Notification of acceptance.                           
.  October 10, 2003 Submission of the camera-ready manuscript (8            
   double-column pages).                                                       
.  November 13, 2003 Symposium.                                             

   The submissions have to be sent to the Symposium Chair. The preferred
   format is a PDF file to be sent to E.F.T.Martijn@tue.nl.

   Awards

   Best papers awards will be given to the Best graduate student paper and to
   the Best Ph.D. student paper. To qualify for the award, the student has to
   be the first author of the paper and present the paper himself/herself.
   Besides, the wish to be considered for the award has to be stated when the
   extended abstract is submitted.
