   Call for Papers

   The  International  Workshop  on  Beyond  3G  Evolution of Systems and
   Services  is  an  event  within  the  framework  of the IST-2001-32449
   EVOLUTE  project,  which  is  partly  funded  by  the  EU. The EVOLUTE
   Workshop, will take place on November 10th, 2003 in Guildford, UK. The
   Workshop will be hosted by the University of Surrey.

   EVOLUTE Workshop will be structured along four tracks:

     * Mobility Management for All-IP Network Infrastructures
     * AAA and Multimedia Services for Next Generation Networks
     * Business Models and Scenarios
     * Testbeds and prototypes

   The  technical  program  committee  is  soliciting  papers  describing
   original,  previously  unpublished,  completed research, not currently
   under review by any conference or journal, addressing state-of-the-art
   research  and  development  in  all  areas  of  mobile  networking and
   wireless/mobile  communications.  Topics  of interest include, but are
   not limited to, the following:


     Mobility management architectures and protocols

     Analysis and simulation of All-IP protocols and architectures

     AAA architectures and services

     Security concepts and protocols

     Multimedia Services over IP networks

     Business models and scenarios for B3G systems

     Wireless   2G,  2.5G,  3G  networks  and  beyond  Testbeds,  testing
   facilities and prototyping

     Quality of service for All-IP networks

     Wireless local and personal area networks Testbeds and prototypes

   Papers Submission

   Papers  must be submitted electronically according to the instructions
   in online Submission. The maximum size of papers should be 6 A4 pages,
   two columns and single space for the camera ready copy. The cover page
   must  contain  an  abstract of about 150 words, 3-5 keywords, name and
   affiliation of author(s) as well as the corresponding author's e-mail,
   telephone number, fax number and postal address.

   Papers Publication

   All  submissions  will  be reviewed by the program committee. Accepted
   papers   will   appear  in  the  workshop  proceedings,  published  by
   UniSprint.

   Important Dates

   Full papers due: September 15, 2003
   Notification: September 22, 2003
   Camera Ready papers due: October 12, 2003
