CALL FOR PAPERS
IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC 2004)
20-24 June 2004, Paris, France
Prospective authors are invited to submit original and high-quality papers
for presentation at ICC 2004 and publication in its Conference Record. The
technical program will be organized as a set of 9 symposia covering all
aspects of communications and networking. Authors must indicate for which

We are also soliciting proposals for Tutorials/Workshops as well as for
Panels and Applications Sessions focused on new products and services in
telecommunications. Proposals are to be made to the respective chairs listed
below.
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION:
Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Detailed instructions for
paper submission will be posted on the www.icc2004.org web site.

· Camera-Ready Manuscripts Due: 1 March 2004
