===============================

The World Wireless Congress (WWC) has become a most unique technical and
business event on Beyond 3G and 4G technologies, and attracted thousands of
professionals from all over the world. This congress proceedings become the
very well recognized reference materials in major libraries and technical
organizations on next generation wireless mobile communications. In
recognition of its global leadership and significance, this event had been
sponsored by almost all leading wireless industries in the world, and it is
really a great opportunity to help promote their innovative technologies in
this extremely important global wireless summit.

There has been tremendous interest recently in the convergence of mobile
wireless and local wireless access systems and networks. B3G and 4G have
been the very hot subject of much research and many standardization
activities throughout the world. Many B3G/4G related technical committees
are taking the initiative to produce enhanced proposals of radio
transmission technologies, wireless applications protocols, All-IP wireless
network architectures, super signal processing and advanced system
prototypes for B3G and 4G mobile. The objective of this conference is to
gather the research and development papers in this field and present an
overview of the-state-of-the-art of this B3G/4G storm - globally or locally,
as well as perspectives on future development in order to promote future
research activities as well as business strategies. Original contributions
are invited on recent research and development of B3G and 4G systems and
networks such as CDMA/TDMA/OFDM, OWA (open wireless architecture), Software
Definable Radio, Wireless Mobile Internet, Antennas and MIMO, Wireless
Application Protocols, Wireless Security, Wireless Multimedia, Wireless
Video, Wireless Access, All-IP Wireless Architecture, Converged
3G/WLAN/WPAN, etc. The topics of interest within the scope of this
conference include (but are not limited to) the following:

*Open Wireless Architecture (OWA)
*4Gmobile initiatives, e.g. higher datarate, best QoS, spectrum efficient,
access control, All-IP wireless terminal, security, convergence,

The submitted papers will be reviewed by world-class referees. Each paper
is, in principle, limited to ten pages in electronic format. Original,
unpublished contribution will be considered for this conference presentation
as well as proceedings. Prospective authors are requested to send extended
summary (3~5 Pages) of their manuscripts to the address instructed on the
website. Result will be announced after full technical reviewing process.
The deadline for the initial paper submission is November 15, 2003. In
addition to regular technical papers, proposals of tutorials, workshops and
business panel forums are also welcome.
