The 6th International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology
(ICACT2004) will be held on February 9 ~ 11, 2004, in Phoenix Park
(http://www.phoenixpark.co.kr), Gangwon-Do, Republic of Korea. ICACT is an
IEEE-sponsored annual conference providing an open forum for researchers,
engineers, policy makers, network planners, and service providers in
telecommunications. Extensive exchange of information will be provided on
newly emerging systems, standards, regulations, services, and variety of
applications in the area of telecommunications.

Phoenix Park (http://www.phoenixpark.co.kr) is a comfortable place to relax
in a beautiful, natural setting only two hours from Seoul. Phoenix Park,

SUBMISSION

Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished full papers.
All the manuscripts must be written in English, but can be prepared in free
style for the review. All submitted papers will be reviewed by the technical
program committee. The title page should clearly include the name, the
affiliation, the mailing address, the e-mail address, the fax/phone numbers
and postal address of the author(s) and the topic area(s) of the submitted
paper(s). In case of multiple authors, an indication of which author is
responsible for correspondence and preparing the camera ready paper for the
proceedings should also be included. After acceptance notification, the
author(s) will prepare the final camera-ready manuscript of maximum six (6)
IEEE double-column formatted pages. For the review, the full paper in MSWORD
or PDF file should be sent to the conference web site
(http://icact.nca.or.kr), filling the respective form and uploading the
respective full paper. If electric submission is not possible, you can also
