Submission Procedures for Student Posters and Extended Abstracts

Submitted extended abstracts must have at least 11-point font size, and
should not exceed 2 double-spaced pages in length, including the abstract,
figures, and references. Authors should obtain company and government
clearances prior to submission of papers. The first author of the submitted
abstracts must be a full-time student.

All extended abstracts are to be submitted online at
http://pc-roliver.nmsu.edu/ipccc2004.html. You will be provided with a web
address to check the progress of your abstract submission. In case of
questions, please email roliver@nmsu.edu. All extended abstracts will be
reviewed by the program committee. They will be judged with respect to their
quality, originality, and relevance.

Student authors of accepted extended abstracts are expected to attend the
poster session on the evening of April 15, 2004; an easel will be provided to
display a poster describing the student's research. All accepted extended
