Special Issue of Wiley Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing
Call for Papers on Ad Hoc Wireless Networks
Ad Hoc Wireless Network is a very active research area in computer
networking and communication networks. Its topology is formed by
communication between co-operating nodes within certain communication
range of each other, and hence is dynamic and decentralized. So, it is
very different from classic computer networks, which raises many new
research problems. There are many worthwhile and interesting topics
about Ad Hoc Wireless Networks. Guoliang Xue, Feng Cao and Ding-Zhu Du
are currently editing a special issue for Journal of Wireless
Communications and Mobile Computing. This issue focuses on theoretical
and experimental research, including but not limited to the following
varieties (according to various criteria):
? Access Control
? Broadcasting and Multicasting Protocols
? Distributed Routing Protocols
? Network Security
? Performance Evaluation
? Quality-of-Service
? Scalability
? Self-Configuration
Submissions are invited for papers consisting of original research. All
papers will be refereed according to standard process for the journal.
Please submit your papers electronically to xue@asu.edu in postscript
or PDF format with a text cover letter. Alternatively, you may also
send five hard copies of the paper to the following address by 1
