  Papers are solicited in all areas of wireless research as well as market
  studies, trials, exploratory developments and standards. Topics of interest
  include, but are not limited to:

     * Ultra-Wideband Communication
     * Broadband
     * Wireless Applications/ Standards

     * Circuits and Subsystems

  An extended abstract and a brief author biography are to be submitted by
  February 28, 2004 to the Conference Secretary. Notification of acceptance
  will be sent by April 1, 2004. Final papers are to be received no later than
  June 1, 2004. Only PRESENTED papers will be published in the Conference
  Proceedings.
