World Telecommunications Congress 2004


WTC/ISS2004 will be held in Seoul, Korea, 12-15 September 2004 at the COEX
convention center. Authors are invited to submit original technical papers
to be presented at the technical sessions, which will cover a series of

PAPER SUBMISSION

Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Detailed instructions for
paper submission will be posted on www.wtc2004.org.


SCHEDULE

    * Paper submission opens : September 2003
    * Paper submission due : 29 February 2004
    * Author notification : 31 May 2004
    * Final camera-ready paper submission due : 30 June 2004
