(www.cwc.oulu.fi/nrs04/) A tutorial will be organised on 16 August. The combined NRS'04 & FWCW'04 will provide a forum for exchange of information on the latest advances in the broad field of radio science and communications. The programme will include contributed and invited presentations. NRS'04 & FWCW'04 is jointly organised and sponsored by the Nordic Radio Society, IEEE Finland Section, and the Centre for Wireless Communications, University of Oulu. Paper Submissions The deadline for submission is 1 March 2004, with notification of decisions in the first half of May 2004. Camera ready copies must be submitted by 7 June 2004. All accepted papers will be allowed twenty minutes for presentation and be five pages in length for publication in the conference proceedings. The Nordic Radio Symposium (NRS) 2004, 
including the Finnish Wireless Communications
