Conference Overview
    The  WSEAS  ISA 2004 conference brings  together  researchers,
practitioners, system  administrators,  programmers and others interested
in  presenting developments and latest advancements in modern computer
science, telecommunication signal processing and all applications to the
same. If you are working on any practical  aspect of  computer science or
applications  of  in varied fields of science,  we strongly encourage you
to submit  a  paper.  Submissions  are  due 15th  March. Papers may
represent  advances in the theory, design, implementation, analysis, or
empirical evaluation of secure systems, either for general use or for
specific application domains.

Accepted Papers
All accepted papers will be published as:
   a) Regular papers in the WSEAS Conference Proceedings (Hard copy and CD
      ROM)
   b) As chapters in the luxurious WSEAS Post Conference Books or
   c) As regular papers in the WSEAS TRANSACTIONS



   Important dates:
   Submission Deadline:                March 15, 2004
   Notification of Acceptance:         March 23, 2004
   Registrations are due:              March 31, 2004




INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION

Submitted papers must not substantially overlap papers that have  been
published  or that are simultaneously  submitted  to  a  journal  or  a
conference  with  proceedings.  Papers should  be  in  Portable  Document
Format (.pdf) or MS Word, at most 6 pages including the bibliography and
well-marked  appendices.  Authors  are urged to follow the WSEAS guidelines
for document preparation.

of the paper should be sent to the Oraganizer.
