IST-PRODEMIS project and the support of the European Commission organize the
1st electronic Conference (eConference 2004) in the area of Mobile
Communications. The objective of the eConfrence 2004 is to distribute the
latest information on topics related to mobile personal communication to
managers, administrators, researchers, hardware/software designers and other
professionals in the field. The conference will also cover policy,
regulation and standardisation issues, which have a key role to play in the
introduction of operative systems and services.


eConference topics include:

* BFWA (incl quasi-cellular)

* Presentation of Research activities and initiatives

Prospective authors are invited to submit a full paper in camera-ready
format to appear in the conference proceedings. The papers should be
formatted according to IEEE standard format. Submission of the papers should
be made through email in PDF format and must include name, complete return
address, telephone and fax numbers, the Technical Subject Area of the paper,
and the email address of the author(s). The papers should be submitted to:
