GENERAL INFORMATION
IEEE ICC 2005 will be held in Seoul, Korea from 16 May to 20 May 2005 under
the theme of `Towards the Era of Ubiquitous Networks.' The technical
program will consist of General Conference, eight major Symposia, and
Tutorials. The scope of ICC 2005 includes: Communications Quality and
Reliability, Communications Software, Communications Switching & Routing,
Communications Systems Integration & Modeling, Communication Theory,
Computer Communications, Enterprise Networking, Gigabit Networking,
Information Infrastructure, Interconnections in High-Speed Digital Systems,
Internet, Multimedia Communications, Network Operations and Management,
Optical Networking, Personal Commun ications, Radio Communications,
Satellite and Space Communications, Signal Processing and Communications
Electronics, Signal Pr ocessing for Storage, Tactical Communications,
Transmission, Access and Optical Systems. Prospective authors are invited
to submit original technical papers for presentations at ICC 2005 and
publication in the Conference Proceeding. Proposal s for Tutorials are

Proposals are invited for half- or full-day tutorials in communication and
networking topics. Proposals are submitted to Tutorials Chair, Professor
