25^th Anniversary

   In  conjunction  with  the  25th  Anniversary  of ICDCS, a DVD will be
   issued containing all the Proceedings of this and past 24 conferences.
   All  past  general  and  program co-chairs and VIPs will be invited to
   participate in the celebration.

Scope

   Technical papers describing original, previously unpublished research,
   not  currently  under  review  by  another  conference or journal, are
   solicited. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

   - Distributed Algorithms
   - Peer-to-Peer Communication
   - Distributed Data Management
   - Real-time & Embedded Systems
   - Distributed Operating Systems
   - Security

   Workshops


   Six  to  eight  half-day/one-day  workshops  are planned to be held in
   conjunction   with   the  conference.  Workshop  proposals  should  be
   submitted  to  Workshops Chair, Philip McKinley (mckinley@cse.msu.edu)
   by June 30, 2004.
