                               Call For Papers

   Announcement 

   The IADAT-tcn2004 Conference  is organized by the International
   Association for the Development of Advances in  Technology - IADAT.
   The IADAT-tcn2004 Conference will focus on " Innovation, Technology
   and Research in Telecommunications and Computer Networks".  The
   first  International  Conference on Telecommunications  and  Computer
   Networks  will  be  held   from December  1^st to 3^rd, 2004;   at
   the Miramar  Palace  (Congress Palace)  placed  in  San Sebastian
   (Spain), known as "The Pearl of the Cantabrian Sea".

   Main purpose

   The main goal of the IADAT-tcn2004 Conference is  to provide an
   international forum  for researchers,  professors,  scientists  and
   technologists,  representing a large variety of organizations such us
   universities,  telecommunications operators, researchs institutes and
   industry in all areas of  Telecomunications  and Computer Networks. 

   Important Dates

       Submission Deadline (300-500 words)	October 25, 2004  
       Notification of Aceptance/Rejection	November 1, 2004  
       Final Paper Submission      		November 20, 2004  
       Registration Deadline      		November 25, 2004  
       Conference Dates      			San Sebastian, December 1-3, 2004  

   Notification  of   acceptance/rejection  of  submitted abstract papers
   will be sent via e-mail by November 1, 2004.

   Papers

   The  Scientific  Committee  welcomes the submission of paper abstracts
   at  the  IADAT-tcn2004  Conference.   Authors are invited to submit an
   abstract  of  (  300-500  words), maximum length one page  in English,
   the  official  language  of  the conference.  Submissions will be made
   online at the Conference Web Site.

   Presentation

   Authors  are  invited  to  submit   original   papers   for Conference
   presentations  on  either of the  following categories: oral or poster
   presentation. The  general  idea  is  to exhange ideas by limiting the
   number  of  participants,  and   concentring  the  abstract papers  on
   relevant topics. 

   All accepted abstracts will be published in the printed Proceedings of
   Abstracts, each paper will be included in the conference programme and
   published in the Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM.

   The  scope  of  the  Conference  includes,  but  is not limited to the
   followings topics:

     *  Antennas, Wave Propagation and Microwave  Communication

     *  Satellite Communication

     *  Telecommunication/Network Services

     *  Security and Privacy Issues

     *  Hardware and Software applications

     *  Communication Ptotocols and Standards 

     *  Next Generation Networks

     *  University-Industry Collaboration in  Telecommunications

     *  Research and Projects in Telecommunications

       Contribution to the below topics will be given higher priority  

   Instructions For Authors

   Abstracts  shall be structured according to the Formatting Guideliness
   for  Authors  available  in  the  Author  Site option. The Author_Site
   document contains a complete help for the Authors, which includes  the
   formatting  guidelines for paper submission and a detailed description
   in order to improve the presentation of papers at the Conference.

   Registration

   The registration fees include:
     * Admission to all sessions
     * A printed copy of the Conference Programme
     * A printed copy of the Conference Proceedings Book
     * A CD-ROM copy of the proceedings
     * Coffee breaks
     * Conference Dinner Banquet.

   In order to receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings,  authors are
   requested  to  personally  attend  the  conference   and  present  the
   accepted paper or poster.

       After November 25, 2004

                                        460 EUR
