During the last ten years, with the explosive growth of Internet, a lot of
work was dedicated in the literature to wireline data traffic modeling and
performance evaluation. Recently, with the increase of data traffic on
wireless network, the modeling of voice and data mixed traffic becomes an
imperative issue for network provisioning and management. Original papers
are invited in the area of Wireless Traffic Modeling and Analysis. Topics of
interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Wireless Traffic Characteristics
* Contention Minimization
* Capacity Planning and Provisioning
* P2P Support on Wireless
* Voice/IP
* Throughput and Fairness
* Bandwidth and QoS
* Wireless Traffic Monitoring
* Simulation and Modeling
* Wireless Planning Tools
* Performance Evaluation
* QoS and Pricing
* Wireless and Web Traffic
* Reliability
* Wireless Traffic Measurement
* Wireless TCP
* Analytic Modeling
* Queue Scheduling
* Media Streaming
* Transfer Latency
* Congestion Control
* Wireless Web Servers

Papers should be written in English, should not exceed 20 double
spaced pages, including figures and references, and should include an
abstract, not to exceed 250 words. Papers should be submitted in PDF
or Microsoft Word format by e-mail at the paper submission site:
       http://msrcmt.research.microsoft.com/WirelessCom2005

All papers will be peer reviewed.

If you have any questions, please contact the symposium co-chairs at:
