The Second International Conference on Innovations in Information Technology
Dubai, UAE. September 26-28, 2005.

The International Conference on Innovations in Information Technology is an
annual event held in Dubai, UAE in conjunction with GITEX
(http://www.gitex.com/main.html) the largest IT exhibition in the Middle
East. IIT'05 provides an international technical forum for experts from
industry and academia to exchange ideas and present results of on going
research in the areas listed below. You are invited to submit a full paper
(preferred) or an extended abstract for a research-in-progress paper related
but not limited to the following topics:

Submission Guidelines 
Papers should describe original, not previously published work and be not
more than 15 double-spaced pages. Submitted extended abstracts for
research-in-progress papers should not be less than 1500 words. Although
acceptance of research-in-progress papers can be made based on the submitted
abstract, the final copy must be a full paper according to the provided
paper template manuscript. 

The first page of the paper should include the title, authors' names and
their affiliations, contact information including the complete postal and
electronic mailing addresses. Paper submission is preferred to be done
online via the conference website (http://www.it-innovations.ae).

Tutorials and Workshops 
Proposals are invited for high-quality two-hour tutorials and workshops in
one of the above areas. A tutorial proposal should include a description of
the tutorial, the full name and address of the tutorial speaker(s), and the
speaker(s) biography.
