It is our pleasure to invite you to the
 
12th Symposium on Communications and Vehicular Technology SCVT 2005 in the Benelux

November 3, University of Twente, Enschede, the Netherlands

Established in 1993, the Symposium on Communications and Vehicular Technology in the Benelux is an
annual event organized by the IEEE Benelux Joint Chapter on Communications and Vehicular
Technology.

The Symposium is aimed at presenting and discussing the latest scientific and technical advances in
communication systems and vehicular communication technology. This event consists of  invited
talks, and oral and poster presentations of contributed papers.

 
For SCVT 2005 the invited speakers are:

Prof. Ezio Biglieri, Politecnico di Torino, Italy.
Prof. Lajos Hanzo, University of Southampton, United Kingdom.

You are invited to submit papers according to the deadline given below. Topics of interest include,

Important dates:
August 12, 2005: Submission deadline for the extended abstract
September 16, 2005: Notification of acceptance
October 14, 2005: Submission of the camera-ready manuscript
November 3, 2005: Symposium

The organizing committee invites contributions in the form of extended
abstracts of approximately 1000 words. Examples of results and illustrations
should be included. The cover page should include title, name(s) of author(s)
with contact person identified, address, telephone and fax number, e-mail
address and organization affiliation. Abstracts should be electronically
uploaded (URL: http://scvt.el.utwente.nl) before August 12, 2005.
