Scope

The ICOIN 2006 conference looks for significant contributions to the
computer communications and wireless networks, in the theoretical and
practical aspects. Original papers are invited on wired/wireless network
architecture, design, protocol, service, analysis, implementation,
measurement and simulation.

Topics
We invite submissions on recent advances in data communications and wireless
networks. Areas of interest include, but are not limited to: 
Ad hoc & sensor network
Applications and services
High-speed networks
Integration of wired and wireless networks
Measurement and performance analysis
Mobile networks and wireless LANs
Network security
Network and transport protocols
Next generation Internet
Peer-to-peer & overlay networks
QoS and Resource management

Ubiquitous networks 

Paper and Proposal Submission
Authors are obliged to follow the LNCS's guidelines in preparing their
manuscript including the 10-page limit. Authors can obtain them at
http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html. 
Electronic, PDF-based submission of papers is mandatory. 
You can use the web interface for submissions of your papers (see Submission
Instructions at http://www.icoin.org/).

All papers accepted for presentation in the conference will appear in the
proceedings which will be available to workshop participants during the
workshop. 
The Post-Proceedings of the ICOIN 2006 will be published, after a formal
referee process, as a volume of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS)
series. 
Submission of Camera-Ready Format
The accepted papers for the publication must be revised according to the
reviewers' comments with the Springer-Verlag formatting guidelines. Please
note that we will accept camera-ready papers in LaTex format only. 
Submissions of camera-ready papers must be accompanied with the complete
registration and payment. Otherwise, the paper will not be able to appear at
the conference proceedings. Also, the authors must follow the LNCS
formatting guidelines, available at
http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.

      Acceptance Notification: October 20, 2005 (extended) 
      Camera-ready Papers: November 10, 2005 (extended) 
      On-line Registration: September 28, 2005 (will be extended after October 20, 2005)
