Objectives: The First International Conference on Mobile Communications and
Learning will serve as a major joint professional meeting of experts,
researchers and engineers in the area of Mobile Communications, Networking
and Technology, and educators, practitioners and scholars in the area of
Mobile Learning, Teaching, and Training. Conference participants from all
over the world will present their ideas, approaches, results of research and
development, products and applications in designated areas. It is expected
that 400+ participants from 50+ countries will attend this event.

Scientific Program: The duration of the conference will be three days. The
scientific program will include keynote and invited presentations, regular
sessions, tutorials, Ph.D. student and software competitions, industry show
cases, and other special sessions.
Publications by IEEE Computer Society Press: All papers submitted to this
conference will be peer reviewed by at least three members of the
International Program Committee. Acceptance will be based on paper's
innovativeness, originality and quality. Conference proceedings will be
published by IEEE Computer Society Press. Extended versions of 8 best
conference papers are planned to be published in a Special Issue of Advanced
Technology for Learning (ATL) international journal (ISSN: 1710-2251).
